Scholars Program
CPCA is offering a limited number of scholarships to attend our 2022 Annual Conference! Up to 20 scholarships will be awarded to students affiliated with community health centers through employment, internships, fellowships, residency, and pipeline and pathway programs.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Scholarship recipients will attend a career development panel at conference, learning from the experience of community health center leaders representing various disciplines, including primary care, behavioral health, and other facets of community health center leadership. Participants will have access to an online community for one year after the event to maintain connections and exchange information.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
WHO SHOULD APPLY:
This program has been designed to foster the growth and inclusion of California's diverse health center workforce. Professional development opportunities such as the CPCA Annual Conference are an investment in staff growth and retention. CPCA has launched this program to enable even more individuals to participate in our annual conference at no cost to their organization. In doing so, we expect to see increased diversity of participants across a variety of factors, including race, education, experience, and gender identity. We encourage women, people of color, immigrants, first-generation students, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others from underserved communities to apply.

- One registration to the 2022 CPCA Annual Conference (October 27th & 28th)
- Breakfast and lunch daily (October 27th & 28th)
- One night's hotel stay
- $150 travel reimbursement
