WHO SHOULD APPLY:
This program has been designed to foster the growth and inclusion of California's diverse health center workforce. Professional development opportunities such as the CPCA Annual Conference are an investment in staff growth and retention. CPCA has launched this program to enable even more individuals to participate in our annual conference at no cost to their organization. In doing so, we expect to see increased diversity of participants across a variety of factors, including race, education, experience, and gender identity. We encourage women, people of color, immigrants, first-generation students, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others from underserved communities to apply.
